Rainy Days Johnny-Come-Lately

Johnny (Lucah x Gracie) is the pup I placed with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids. He has the perfect Mastiff personality for children, is very tolerant and loving of the antics of 3 yr old, Isaiah. Johnny has been neutered to help keep his mind focused on the kids!

I give all the credit to my daughter-in-law and granddaughter who spent endless hours driving Johnny to obedience classes, working through issues as they came up, and training the baby to respect the dog as well as training the dog to respect the baby. This truly is what is necessary to make a giant breed puppy work in a family with small children.

The family has moved to Texas and it was very hard on me to see them go, but I know it is for the best for them to be closer to my son's work. Johnny joined them when I travelled down to the Mastiff Club of America Specialty in 2007.
